1. Where do you ship?

We ship to the US, UK, and Europe. Please contact us if you are in another region. Shipping times and availability may vary depending on your location.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and 10-21 business days for delivery, depending on your region.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. Please note that tracking may take a few days to update.

4. Why did I receive my items in separate packages?

To ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped separately depending on where they’re stocked.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

7. My order is delayed—what should I do?

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

8. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
